Beef, seasoned with fennel and star anise.

A video of me cooking a very delicious Chinese dish that I have been making for years. Its thinly sliced beef, seasoned with fennel and star anise, covered in a thin and flaky flour, and then deep fried and cooked to a golden brown color, with crisp green beans and then glazed with a savory sauce made of soy sauce, dried chilis, garlic, orange jam and chile garlic sauce. Topped with green onions, and then served with steamed rice and homemade rice wine. This is bliss on a plate!
