It's basically done, right? The headline in the Washington Times on Sunday touted a "95 percent chance" that Donald Trump had settled on his pick for vice president, and proclaimed that that pick was Indiana Gov. Mike Pence (R). This was rapturous news for social conservatives, some of whom "gushed" to The Hill(their word) about their excitement at the prospect. One congressman, John Carter (R-Tex.), said he would be "dancing in the aisles" of Congress, which would be a sight worth seeing.
